Customer service always on point but the majority of their hair products are expired. Make sure you check them before purchasing.
This place has amazing costumer service and there products are amazing I love there humor to!
Needed a last minute wig and got there 20 minutes before they closed. Female in wig section worked with me according to what i needed and made some great recommendations. I was able to find one for $26!! Plus free samples of hair products when i purchase typed.
The cashier attitude are bad . We spend our money there & need better customer service.
I stopped by hb and saw Beauty Plus. The staff there are bright and friendly. The staff who answered my question told me the ponytail area. I could buy gray.
When I say walking inside of BEAUTY PLUS you feel like you're at home trust that it's true. Each encounter is so welcoming and uplifting. I know that if I'm having a terrible day and walk into Beauty Plus that disastrous of day will turn around. From the happy smiles on the faces of the employees to the kind words spoken from the owner, Robert, this is the place to go for your hair needs, happy vibe and welcoming spirit. They always have what I need and if something is sold out, they always give me a day/date when it will be back in stock. I'm grateful for Beauty Plus and how they carry and supply almost all of my hair care needs.
